New crafting sets

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I can tell there's a lot of great new item sets and three new craftable sets that don't look even remotely good. May I ask why the best gear is being dropped rather than made? I thought this game was suppose to cater to crafters. This looks like crafters are at a disadvantage over farmers. If I'm wrong on this please feel free to correct me.

    Is there a list anywhere of the crafted sets? The only list I've seen is data-mined and has all the sets lumped together, crafted and dropped, and you can't tell which is which.

    I've been working on a list here http://tamrielfoundry.com/topic/gathering-screen-shots-of-new-imperial-city-sets/ and have them divided between drops and crafted. Don't have them divided drop wise on which dungeons they dropped from though, might come from either/or.

    Looking at the new crafted sets available to be made in the IC I noticed there was not one that gave any Magicka recovery, Spell critical or Spell Damage. As a matter of fact only one gave any Magicka at all.

    Armor Master

    Health
    Physical Resistance
    Spell Resistance

    Redistribution

    Health
    Stamina
    Magicka

    Nobles Conquest

    Health
    Stamina
    Healing Taken

    I like to craft my own sets to enhance my character stats. So in a nut shell there is not one of the new sets that would be useful to a magicka build sorcerer DPS character. Thanks alot.

    The 5 piece bonus gives 234 spell damage on V16 Legendary
