I'm only at around 30-45 seconds between zones on an SSD but that is still 15 seconds longer or so than it used to be. I wonder if the issue has to do with file fragmentation from the insanely large patch?

Sometimes I do get in, but when I try to choose of my chars, it gets stuck, logged out, back to error 301.

I have a simple pattern to show the bug: (At least on my PC.. non SSD )
Take 2 characters, Level 3 with nothing on him ( skills/items/etc ) and log him into Stonefalls. Takes around 20-30 secs to load.
RIGHT after, take a vr16 character with alot of items and skills (or whatever, maybe its because I have a costume in my invetory who knows...) and log into the SAME Stonefalls. Takes around 2-3 minutes to load.
So please, don't try to say this was always there, its new since last patch and its not related to a given zone.
Whats even more funny, is the suggestions of updating graphic drivers to the latest version to fix this. I tough they learned from last time when they suggested to reboot your router to fix Cyrodill lag.
Last night I took an hour before I went to bed porting to every zone on various alts looking for something from a guild trader. The load times were the same on my V15 AD Sorc as they were on my V16 NB as they were on my L10AD dragonknight or L7 EP nightblade. None of the zones except maybe craglorn have a longer load time no matter what character I'm using.
They are still all noticeably longer than 1.6 however.

My understanding is that fragmentation if not handled by SSDs in a way that makes any intuitive sense for those who are thinking in terms of hard disks since there is a lot of low level peculiarities.
