Problems with Customer Support
Sorry to say this but i sent 2 ticket is the last 2 week and both times "Kenzie" answered to me. Same mail. Both times.
Once. when the patch came out i wasnt able to log in with my main and my vr14 templar. So i asked for a character reset. The answer was this:
"Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance."
Secondly i wrote yesterday a ticked again to grant me back a lost bank item. Answer was again this:
"Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance."
Same mail 2 times. Since that i was able to log in with my chars and looklike i fixed it but this is still no okay.
