Voice chat is unavailable.
Hi guys,
I have been having issues with my voice chat ever since I bought this game, it only worked once for 5 minutes and then disconnected and hasn't worked ever since. I keep getting an error message saying "Voice chat is unavailable. this could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support." I even sent a ticket to them, but not much help.
Im on ps4. Can anyone help me please??? :'(

✭✭✭✭✭Whenever you receive this message (Voice chat is unavailable. this could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support.), it usually indicates that ZOS staff/technicians have temporarily removed the voice chat features for maintenance. After their (ZOS) completion of said maintenance, the voice chat features are usually restored.0 -
But mine hasn't been working for almost two months now with the SAME error every time, i tried all the instructions they gave, none worked, my nat type is 2 so should be working fine.
not sure whats going on with it

my voicechat isnt working since release. same error message. i also have been talking to zos support, they told me they dont know why this is happening and they cant fix it.1
