Hi guys,

I have been having issues with my voice chat ever since I bought this game, it only worked once for 5 minutes and then disconnected and hasn't worked ever since. I keep getting an error message saying "Voice chat is unavailable. this could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support." I even sent a ticket to them, but not much help.

Im on ps4. Can anyone help me please???

Whenever you receive this message (Voice chat is unavailable. this could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support.), it usually indicates that ZOS staff/technicians have temporarily removed the voice chat features for maintenance. After their (ZOS) completion of said maintenance, the voice chat features are usually restored.

But mine hasn't been working for almost two months now with the SAME error every time, i tried all the instructions they gave, none worked, my nat type is 2 so should be working fine.

my voicechat isnt working since release. same error message. i also have been talking to zos support, they told me they dont know why this is happening and they cant fix it.
