Imperial City DLC, can't start because mission disappears

My girlfriend and I both bought the Imperial city DLC and we both took the mission from the Drake of Blades but her mission disappeared after taking it and now she can't even begin the DLC because it is gone and can't be found in her journal or be taken again from the Drake of Blades. Tried logging in and out, tried repair tool, tried ungrouping. Not sure what else to do. Very frustrating because she can't even try the new $30 DLC that she bought. Please help. Anyone else have this issue?

had the same/similar problem: random dissappearance of quest from log even when it appeared i was doing the quest.

also the early quest with the 4 doors to defend: broke for me. random missing icons for quest and also dissappears from quest log.

have been running with a mate - he could re-share the quest (before he finished it) to re-establish mine, but it would still randomly dissappear. sometimes doors (transitions) would drop the quest.

you two seem to be having a slightly more involved problem though, have you /BUG 'ed it yet?

The Drake of Blades doesn't give the DLC introduction quest (City on the Brink); that comes from a Captain at the Cyrodiil gates or the General in the Sewers. If either of you hadn't done City on the Brink, and had started an Imperial City quest by having it shared to you from someone else, this causes a progression-blocking bug.

If you have both done City on the Brink, check your Journal for any other Imperial City quest. You can only have one IC quest at a time.
