In game cursor / mouse look bugged

Several patches ago my client started to get stuck on cursor mode - where an arrow cursor appears and it move around with the mouse instead of your character changing 'looking ' around. This often, but not always, happens when I am interacting with items (ie. manually looting a corpse or bag) or when I am returning from another window (also not always.)

All this time that has been an annoyance but I have been able to cancel out of this cursor mode by left and then right clicking my mouse.

After the latest patch I am not able to cancel out of the cursor mode by left and right clicking my mouse. 'Toggle in-Game Cursor' via key bind also does not work [Edit. does not work to fix the mouse look bug - works as a toggle fine when not bugged.] /reloadui does work. But it happens fairly frequently and /reloadui is a poor work around.

Suddenly started happening to me as well. Whenever I do anything such as open my inventory or map. Seems that if I have something else open such as the internet or Teamspeak its worse, but sometimes it works fine when other things are open. My in game curser toggle . does work though. I play in windowed full screen. Seems we have a similar but not identical problem.
