Qustion about Boss' in IC

So Ive followed the zerg above and below IC killed about 50 boss' in the last couple days but they never drop anything? Is that supposed to be happening? The trash mobs all around will be highlighted for loot but nothing from boss'... is there a damage threshold i need to reach or a % of damage I have to do to be eligable for a drop from them? Anyways, just wondering, thanks all

I believe that you do have to do a minimum amount of damage on a mob before it will drop loot (or be grouped with someone who does a minimum amount of damage). I have no idea what that threshold is though

I think if there are more than 12 players attacking a boss/mob, only the top 12 damage dealers will get loot/xp. So you want to be in a group, but not a huge one.
