Despite the new outline around the enemy instead of just a rectangle, which I personally like, do you like the new health bar?

I will say, at most ranges the trim for the bar takes up most of the space and I can barely see how much health targets have.

I actually like the newer one since it seems to have a bit more thought put into it than just a bland rectangle.

@Twilix01, have you been able to easily read the bars to see how much health targets have? From my time using them I have had bad luck, but that could just be a problem with the ui resetting itself and i'm wondering if its different for you, or anyone else who likes the new ones.

I've always used one of the older FTC versions for a different HUD where the magicka/health/stamina bars were on top of each other and that version even had smaller bars than we had before the update, but I got used to it.

Today I spent well over 2 hours trying to get myself a new bars so I ended up with Wykkyd's HUD (magicka and stamina bars next to each other with health bar on top of them). But as I got used to very small bars, the ones we currently have should be a bit wider, more noticable but nothing I couldn't get used to.
Today we make our stand. Today we take back the Ruby Throne, which is ours by ancient right and the blessings of the Divines.

To clear up my first points, I was talking about the floating health bars over enemies heads, those were changed and i'm not a fan of those, will keep my opinion of the player and targeted enemy health bars until the ui re-scaling is fixed.

I have no issues concerning the new floating health bars, actually I like the leaner design.

The much more important question is...do you like the new sound of Imulse and its morphs ?

Imho it sounds like opening a bottle of warm beer :-)

Looking at a static image of it might not be the best way to evaluate it. A screenshot could look great, but a moving scene with a ton of them might not.

I'm not a fan. It might have a nicer look, but I find it much harder to see how much health the enemy actually has.

Still, if anyone has a screenshot, I'd like to see it as well! (If possible, a before and after shot, so I know what I'm looking at! ;) )

One of the very first things I brought up was the thinness of the health bar. I used to rely on it as a guide when to run my execute spell. Unfortunately it's really hard to see now

I liked the old thin ones. I set them to only show when injured anyways.

I rely on vertical tracking, Jibby jab until the opponent is knocked back or invasion stunned. then I get distracted and forget who I was jibby jabbing. And im off to chase the next shiny object on the map

For floating health bars I seem to be having difficulty gauging how much health the target has with the addition of the boarder. To be fair i've mostly been run over in zergs lately and don't have the time to tell, that and i'm spending more time trying to spot the new tab target aura that I just feel those bars are a little less useful.

We should have the option to switch back to the original. The new ones are garbage in PVP.

I really haven't noticed the difference. And since I saw this post, I've been meaning to check. When I was on Live over the weekend, the bars didn't appear any different than they had ever been. Does someone have a before/after shot for comparison?
