Although, I thought that poison damage was just a flat number that scales based on player level/enchantment level. Now it appears that those using skills or enchants that add poison damage can ramp that damage up by stacking spell/weapon power. This doesn't appear to be that big of a change though. There are only a few skills that apply poison (both magicka and stamina variants), so it simply ensures that whatever attribute is used, you'll get the max damage possible from poison effects.

In theory, yes. But the limited amount of testing that was done on PTS showed that this wasn't applied universally, hence why I want an answer on what SHOULD it apply to, so that we can see if it IS.
I can confirm that Thaumaturge does absolutely no damage bonus on any poison skill anymore. It is bugged i guess.
Which ability specifically wasn't increased by Thaumaturge?I can confirm that Thaumaturge does absolutely no damage bonus on any poison skill anymore. It is bugged i guess.
