Loading Screens and Falling Through The World Ticket: 150902-000771

Since the update the loading screens have been horrible. It's taking on average 10 minutes to load into dungeons, switch characters or load into the game. When I do get in some times I am falling through the sky and it doesn't end well. :( I have verified latency, etc with no issues on either. Happens on my EP and AD characters in Craglorn, Vet levels and regular levels.

    Sigh every time I hit C or I on my AD V2 character that is in Stonefalls I get loading screens, blue sky screens and fall through the world, another loading screen then I am back where I need to be in Stonefalls.

    Happened to me once yesterday in Belkarth (EU, EP). Stood at the wayshrine, opened alliance war menu to set home campaign, fell through ground (no loading screen in there though).

    Funny thing: Entered /stuck and before that jump was made I was already transported to another wayshrine. I felt like in that movie, "jumper" - only I did not fold space, I folded ground...

    NB: Still got fined the 160gold for stuck because I couldn't cancel it...

    Yeah I don't even want to play right now. I get they have a heavier load now but they should have been prepared for the extra load. It feels like they don't care about PVE as long as they have the resources to keep PVP running right now. I played a little while in IC yesterday and had less issues in there. Really wished I had stayed in the sewers because it is almost impossible to level my characters questing right now with the constant loading screens and sometimes it rolls you back and there goes all that time you just spent on some quests...ugh...

    I will open a ticket which is probably gonna be a waste of time because it isn't my connection or my computer.

    Well they replied to my ticket. Remove addons which I never use addons. Then update video drivers and all system drivers. This is a brand new system put online less than three weeks so umm they are up to date. Next step was a repair which I have done. The last reply was to run my Windows update and then the game would work fine. The system is up to date. No reply from them since my last answer about the updates.

    @Seravi just reply to the ticket that gave those proposals. It is the first level response to exclude those reasons. Just hit reply, write "did not fix anything" and the ticket should be reopened. Maybe then you get useful information or at least an acknowledgement of that being a bug that is intended to be fixed.

    Yeah I replied on each one. They have now sent it to a specialist. :/
