BUG? - Regen of High Elf/Templar

My regen drops from 1491 to 1380 for no reason - from time to time :). Anyone else has this issue?

(Before 1.7. it was around 1500)

    Are you a vampire? If so, you need to slot a vampire ability on both bars to get the regen.

    Same with Werewolf, if you're talking about Stamina regen.

    May also be that you haven't re-added your Mudus stone.

    Could it be the Continuous Attack pvp buff that wears off?
    This difference is 7,5% so its less than the 10/20% from the pvp resource buff.

    I have vamp abilities on both bars and i have exactyl same everythign i had in 1.6..stil the regen is lower on both stam and magicka... its not just me, all my guildmates have it too.. so i guess it was intentional.

    Regen formulas changed in 2.1 (some are now additive that were multiplicative) plus you lost your Emperor bonus and I'm reasonably certain the drink bug not stacking with CPs was not yet fixed.

    Edit: confirmed it still is not stacking with CPs. For me at least this is another 120 or so Stam regen and 25 magick regen.

    Yea they changed something with regen formulas, as Ezareth stated. Ive been having 0 issues spamming spells 24/7 with 1500 regen + focus. Now I have to go through pots to do *not even close* to the same i was doing. Time to build 3k regen builds i guess.

    It's been made quite clear that that are effectively trying to gimp regen builds.

    Perhaps it was intentional at some point but it is currently listed as a "known issue" in 2.1 bugs list so it should be fixed at some point in the near future.

    One other thing of note was the Cost reduction hidden nerf was slightly increased as well. What used to be a =*.877 nerf is now a =*.8625 nerf to all non champion point cost reduction (and cost increase!) percentage modifiers (Sorry Bretons).

    What this means is your 7/7 21% Cost reduction bonus from armor is actually a 21%*.8625 = 18.1125 % reduction.

    The Combined effect of using 3 VR16 Legendary Cost Reduction Jewelry Enchants is ~707 or 236 each (despite the 203 tooltip).

    I've done some pretty extensive testing on PTS to confirm all this and I share my findings freely with all.
