Greetings,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited team. In light of the excitement and great demand for ESOTU, we are currently experiencing high contact volume. We encourage you to search our support site at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com for any in-game topics or issues you may have questions about. There are lots of helpful FAQs and links to our social pages.

Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

Additionally, other great resources for in-game mechanics can be found via our forums: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en

There are also many wonderful community wikis:

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Main_Page
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_Wiki
http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/

Please note, we have also recently released a new patch for console players which resolves many common issues players are experiencing. Review the patch notes for all of the recent changes here: http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/category/patch-notes

Best Regards,

    Good Morndas, Vladimir!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online this fine evening. My name is Tuesday, and I am here to assist you. I am sorry you are unable to redeem your code. In order to further help you with this, please send me proof of purchase.

When we ask for proof of purchase, we require a receipt, invoice, or screenshot showing the product transaction. The proof of purchase must include the product name, the date of purchase, the purchase amount, and, in the case of a digital purchase, the identity of the purchaser as detailed below.
For games, game time cards, and other items purchased at a retail store, we need a picture of the receipt and a picture of the item purchased. In the case of game time cards, we need images of the front and back of the card.
I look forward to your reply.

    Kill well, and often.

How would charging one up even work? That doesn't happen.
When you buy a gamecard, you are just buying a code to input - that can be under a scratch-off panel on an actual physical card, or it can be a code on a cash register receipt.

This means that the size of your email got so big due to the attachments, that it exceeds the acceptance limit of the receiving server/MTA. Either try to reduce the size of your photos by decreasing resolution or increasing compression, or try sending them in separate mails.

This is a known issue, has been going on for at least a month. Doesn't matter where you bought the cards or when.

Putting in a ticket with photo of card + receipt will get it resolved.

Surprising it has gone on this long without a fix. I wonder how many people are trying to return/exchange from merchant, thinking merchant didn't activate the card.
