Crown Store IC DLC Question From A Subscriber

I haven't picked a new campaign on my PVP characters and this may fix what I am seeing. Always when I have had like the Imperial pack, etc the item is greyed out in the Crown Store because I already own it. I have been a subscriber since release, sub is current and yet in the Crown Store it shows the new IC DLC for purchase. Is this an error or will this grey out when I actually go into PVP after choosing a new campaign? My understanding is if we are subscribers we have access to this content so there is no need to purchase. Or is this available because I can purchase it should I choose to stop subscribing? Just wanted to ask this n00b question before I picked campaigns in case there was an issue. Thanks!

✭✭You have already guessed the answer. You can purchase DLC even though you are ESO+ subscriber. This will enable you to play DLC should you ever stop subscribing.
