Yes, several other players have reported this issue.

I thought it might be related to some of the addons, seems there's a known FPS drop with one of them. But I can't figure out which one. I'm going to try disabling all of them and zoning back/forth a couple of times. We shouldn't be debugging this crud on the live server.
...and it's not the addons. Without them I'm still getting minute long load screens going back/forth from zones. This is borked. Combined with the fact several addons don't even work correctly (MRL and AUI in particular) and playing isn't nearly as fun as it was yesterday. A huge step backwards from ZOS, but honestly I didn't expect much else.

I've noticed my (previously) smoothly animated character is now pausing every few seconds since the patch.
i5, 16 gig, Win7, SSD drive, FIOS, R9-270 vid card, yaddayaddayadda.... So it's not like I'm playing on a Packard Bell with 8 meg of ram and a dial-up modem measured in Baud.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.
30+ seconds? Wow, I'm even waiting several minutes. And IN-game it takes ages as well, if it doesn't get stuck in a loading screen anyways.
Even trying to do equipment writs takes WAY too long for the info in the middle of the screen to show up (which usually shows the amount of the items we crafted and/or still need to craft). If it shows up at all. Really, even at day 1 of the update, I'm getting tired of this already. I mean, I'm not getting any younger, so I don't want to spend my time in a game that doesn't load what it should, or when it should.
