So, with the launch of IC right around the corner, I was thinking about rolling a new class. I've stayed away from Sorcs because it just seemed a bit complex for me at the time. Now that I've played for almost a year, I'm good to go on to a new (and possibly better) class. Looking over the IC patch notes, I saw that sorc pets are getting a pretty decent buff, got me to thinking about rolling one. I want to go ahead and get him up to lvl 10 so I can go right into dungeons and pvp at launch. Only thing is, I'm a perfectionist and a completion-est, so, before I start, I would like to find a good sorc pet guide. I won't copy the build, just need a good idea of a decent starting point for skill points, pet control, and gear to look for while leveling. I plan on going High Elf for their insane magicka passives, using destuction staff on main bar, restoration staff second bar for obvious reasons. If anyone has a good build video in mind, please post the link. I've tried looking on YouTube to no avail. Thanks for any helpful advice.
