I don't know how it is like on PC, but on PS4, there's only a couple reasons to even be in Craglorn:
  1. Writs
  2. Material/Nirncrux farming
  3. Trials/DSA
  4. Guild Traders
  5. Finding high-level players
  6. Skyshard hunting

Everything else is just.... empty. Nobody even bothers to do the quests for group content...

We were in craglorn with the guild just smashing every quest or mobs we passed, it was an excellent place for adventure.

I think it was a bit of a mistake by ZOS to limit a highly sought after resource to one relatively small zone of the overall map. However, that being said, the higher level PvE group that I run with has enjoyed the dungerons and storyline found in CL.

I personally don't like how you -must- have 4 players with you to complete certain quests, as I like going solo or with a friend or 2.. and we could easily ask to group up, but I guess we just.. can't be bothered!

Otherwise, I'd do all of Craglorn -- I need to, for the nrin-trait armor for research... and I think I've only completed like 2 or 3 quests there, and solo'd a few delves

They could raise the level cap for dungeons, trials, and activities to v16.

But that would reward you with v16 gear that you wouldn't have to buy the DLC for. ZOS could never allow that.

    V16 is a gear grab.

Craglorn is super fun, sadly not much reward apart from the fun.Hopefully with the increase in xp Craglorn will have with tomorrow update more ppl will play the zone. Also if they remove the requirement of 4 ppl for some quest and raise Shada's Tears dungeon to at least vr 14 or vr 15(for more challenge) it will become a better zone.I love shadas tears dungeon but since it is vr 12 bosses die so fast that they dont even have time to do all their mechanics.

Won't be on Monday with it's 20% EXP boost stacked with the 50% vet quest EXP boost doing dailies there will be the new grind ..... also Craglorn is so far the only place you can get water for VR10 potions besides IC I think.

This list is finally, sadly...and no, besides the utter gorgeous instance designs and grafics, it's no fun really, because:

    - far too easy
    - far too less rewarding (be it drops or be it exp)

Maybe this changes when my chars are VR16 and it will be possible to solo the most of them (in fact you are able to do that already now for a few).

The developing of that zone and its content, which is widely unscaled in compare to average character power, appears to me like a complete waste...

Forced grouping tends to fail on most MMO's these days unless you can click a button and be send into the instance with a group. Trying to find a group tends to fail a lot with a long time stood outside an instance entrance spamming LFG.

If not misunderstood they will raise XP from quests in Craglorn. Did most of the quest the other day. I will turn the quests in after the patch. Second time I went to do them. I like the story lines and the design is really nice looking.
    A is for Atronach.
    B is for Bungler's Bane.
    C is for Comberry.

Yes, I agree. The Yokudan boxes are basically completely useless. Unfortunately, it really stops a lot of players from questing out there. If the rewards were a minimum of superior quality with a small chance of epic, and a very small chance of legendary, that would be better. And if the boxes had a chance of dropping set gear, including some useful unique sets, that would have been at least something.

But this problem is not unique for Craglorn. Basically all the rewards in-game, especially as one gets higher in level, are completely useless. a lot not even worth deconstructing these days, for the over abundance of refining materials most players have for the lower tiers.

I hope this is something Zenimax looks to address in future, especially with regards to group content; they should be enticing players to be social wherever and whenever possible.
If you can be anything, be kind.

I've ran all the quests in Craglorn at least once. I've experienced, running a quest in a group of four, that two of the group members got Nirnhoned items in their Yokudan boxes, the third got a purple set item, and me? I got a green "ordinary" item with a trait I had long since already researched...

I've only heard of receiving Nirn-pieces from boxes from the final story-line mission in the zone, is that where your friends got their items from? In my experience, and everyone I've known, that's the only place to get nirn-pieces. Otherwise... Not much, and between us we've probably opened a couple of hundred boxes.

I won't bother doing anything there because nothing it gives me is worth anything to me. Maybe ZOS should rethink quest rewards if they want me to bother with that sort of thing. Instead of rewarding me vendor trash maybe give upgrade items and trait gems

The concept of forced grouping was poorly thought out. Why ZOS couldn't have made Craglorn dungeons group/solo instances with different rewards is beyond me.

It's now a ghost town for the most part except for the toons hunting for Nirn.

I love Craglorn, and I've barely scratched the surface. The place seems pretty dynamic on the PC platform. I love the way the quests and the story integrate the group dungeons style of playing. I do understand how it can be frustrating for those who don't have a 4-person group.

The quests themselves, some of the mechanics, and the environments they're in are a lot of fun. On the whole it's a wonderful zone, and I hope Zenimax add more 'adventure zones' in future at some point.

What else are you looking for? Sounds to me like a pretty complete list of what to do in ESO in any zone.

You will be happy to know that Nightwood, Voidbloom and Voidstone can now be found in Cyrodiil, as of today. Oh, you mean Nirncrux. Well.. that has.. devalued with players only getting benefits capped at two pieces of Nirn armor.

Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.
