Craglorn is so dead...

The concept of forced grouping was poorly thought out. Why ZOS couldn't have made Craglorn dungeons group/solo instances with different rewards is beyond me.

It's now a ghost town for the most part except for the toons hunting for Nirn.

Forced anything is a bad idea. Particularly ES, which has been more about open worlds and play your own way.

An interesting experiment will be SWTOR's big October release. Way more focused on story and giving people ways to do things solo (as best I can tell). More like "single play with options for group play" instead of the other way around. To me ESO and SWTOR are the best comparables for each other. Extensions of popular single player franchises, thus presumably having a larger proportion of solo focused players than your average MMO. At least it looks like that's what BW is banking on. For the developers it's all about knowing your player base (or your target player base) and serving them the best you can.

I don't know how it is like on PC, but on PS4, there's only a couple reasons to even be in Craglorn:
    1. Writs
    2. Material/Nirncrux farming
    3. Trials/DSA
    4. Guild Traders
    5. Finding high-level players
    6. Skyshard hunting

Everything else is just.... empty. Nobody even bothers to do the quests for group content...

    "Only a couple reasons."

    Lists 6 reasons.

That's a solid list for any zone. Now, with the 20% increase to XP across the board in Crag, you'll see a lot more people running around questing/grinding.

One big reason why I thought they should have put all platforms on the same server AT LEAST FOR PVE.

What else are you looking for? Sounds to me like a pretty complete list of what to do in ESO in any zone.
I think it was a bit of a mistake by ZOS to limit a highly sought after resource to one relatively small zone of the overall map. However, that being said, the higher level PvE group that I run with has enjoyed the dungerons and storyline found in CL.

You will be happy to know that Nightwood, Voidbloom and Voidstone can now be found in Cyrodiil, as of today. Oh, you mean Nirncrux. Well.. that has.. devalued with players only getting benefits capped at two pieces of Nirn armor.

What? Well there goes literally months of trait research and possibly 100+ hours of finding crux... not to mention mats and gold :(

Guess the new game is RNG writ bags for fragments...

craglorn is almost always crowded on xbox1 NA server

I'm on Xbox NA/AD and I can say that the main city in Craglorn is mostly crowded, but as far as people doing the missions there...that's another story. That's like saying Rawl'kha is always super crowded. Yea with vets it's crowded, they are not there for the story missions though. I've been trying to do the Craglorn main questline for weeks now. I didn't know that some missions required you to be in a group. Don't even say 'Well it says group mission right there. Yea, but I can solo a group dungeon and a group event. I've solo'd group anchors. I did the first story mission and it was simple, but this next one, I run through the 'group dungeon' and kill everything on my own, then get to a point where I need 2 other players to step on a plate to proceed. That sucks. This shouldn't be.

"Adventure Zone" called Craglorn was one of the biggest fails this game has had. VR being #1. Cyrodiil performance lurking close behind.

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

Tell you what's worse though. Cadwell's Silver. It's dead and I'm thinking it's safe to assume gold is gonna be exactly like playing a SP game.

Gold tends to be more lively than Silver, oddly enough. Or at least that was my experience with Pact. I still haven't advanced a Dominion character to Gold.

Some of that might just have been that the fifth gold zone was a good grinding option for a long time, but even Auridon was more lively than anyplace I've seen in Silver.

This has been an argument since Craglorn was introduced. Why ZOS doesn't make instanced dungeons where you have the option of entering as a group or solo is beyond me.

A great part of real estate is going to waste because of this "grouping" which was complained about seemingly forever.

Come on ZOS can't you change it around?

Unless it's different on the consoles, the delves in Craglorn are instanced dungeons. They're a lot lower key than real dungeons, but the same basic idea.

That said, getting a PUG together in Craglorn is miserable stuff. When it launched you couldn't even run content with another player if they were out of step with you on the quest. They've fixed that, but your best bet is still to get a premade group going with guild members of friends, and tackling the content that way. At higher levels you can duo and three man the content, and it's actually a lot of fun that way. But, if you're alone, it's a little more than you can probably handle, outside of some very specific builds.

EDIT: I should say, "duo and three man most of the content." There's still some four player switches that have to be tripped. Which sets a really nasty barrier to doing the content if you're one man short.

Just give the console guys time to catch up.

The lions share of players are casuals with wives, children and jobs.

They aren't going to be vet 14 months after the release, but it doesn't mean they won't get there.

The only people even in there on console would be PC transfers, or hardcore tryhards.
This game has got so much content for the 60 bucks , its overwhelming.
