Character aesthetic glitch

One of my characters isn't showing the proper armor or color. It still shows properly in the character select screen but not in game. For some reason i am also not wearing a helmet anymore either. My helmet option is correct. I have even switched armor and taken it all off and nothing changes on my character. I did a complete hard restart on my xbox one but still having the problem. This started when i traveled from wayshrine to wayshrine today for some reason. Please help. This is on the na server on xb1. Gt is qpviper1qp
