    Patch notes used to be released during or after a patch was implemented. Which won't happen today anymore.

    Since this one was opened first, at around 5-6:00 EDT, they're probably going to shut down the thread titled "I have the patch notes!" I posted in there with a link to this thread so that ZOS can expedite the process.

    Plus probably:
    - Champ tree regen and physical crit damage.
    - PvP pots to actually work
    - Blackrose being fixed to not buff every passive you have by 50%
    - Campaigns changed to have different point scoring systems

    Known issues:
    - double cc
    - double weapon swaps
    - UI re-sizing itself to default every time you load a new screen
    - weapon passives affect all skills used even if not stated
    - engine guardian and barrier heal is unaffected by pvp debuff
    - we broke other things trying to fix those that we did fix
    - pvp drink costing 2200 each is op, probs still won't work
    - run blackrose for 50% to every passive, probs said was fix but not really
    - we don't want ap to be worth anything as to be full buff day 1 of patch. But cp is fine, seasons soon(tm) will let you be no 1 from start of each cap.
    - wrecking blow and jabs need to become interuptable
    - shields need to be critable if more then one is applied
    - to much rng trash in rewards for the worthy, to infrequent, to little reward
    - IC should be free DLC to all as a good gesture
    - you don't need to buy IC unless you want molag kena or an achievement ***, so just sub get them and then cancel
    - if BB gets new pvp debuff then it will become even more of a derpfest
    This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

    I dunno, I am guessing the notes will ONLY be what was already listed in all of the PTS patch notes including some issues they said would be fixed by today and some things players found that hadn't been listed in the prior notes. Nothing new. Only reason I am interested is to have a reference where all the changes to a particular set, class, race, etc from the past month can be viewed all at once. Still 5+ hours away from their release, though.

    No,not everyone should know that now.Newbies might not.There does seem to be notes in the like in silky-soft's comment,..and it was posted BEFORE the patching started.
