✭✭✭✭✭It will most likely be a set you get from rewards for the worthy which happen to be v16 bind on equip now blue or purple quality (not 100% sure though if shadowwalker is included - zos said you´d get the set from the old gamble bags).<Noricum>

They should just have ALL sets make the cut and let us have the privilege of deciding which sets to use instead of them choosing for us.
I'm still waiting for a V16 Fjords Legacy set.

I very much agree with you. I would like to see every set in the game have a max rank version. More options and player choice is a good thing.Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.2 -

We seem to all be in agreement, what we need from ZOS is a good argument of why this isn't this way currently.
With ZOS, you never know if there is an actual reason we can't have what we want. When we don't get a response from ZOS, it forces us to speculate, make excuses for them, or other inaccurate methods of consoling ourselves.
I don't want to spend time making ZOS's excuses for them.
GIVE US ALL THE SETS IN ALL THE LEVELS!
