I have one question

what this option do under the SETTINGS - > Video?
i turn it OFF but i still can see the light ball of this skill

    It is supposed to turn it off for other players, but you will still see it on your own character. Personally, I wish it was the other way around, or altogether.
    Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.

    yes i know, but i saw it on some stranger in the bank while this option must hide it

    Isn't that setting for the light the orb emits on the area around you? Light sources can be resource hogs and iirc it controls that. Maybe?
