How do I get to Bleakrock isle?

My starter area is Daggerfall, but can't figure out how to get there.

If you are DC you need to have finished the Main Quest, finished Cadwell's Silver, and be on Cadwell's Gold (probably Vet Rank 5+ by that stage) to go to Bleakrock, are you that far along yet?

You can't get there with a Daggerfall character until you have finsihed Cadwells silver. Which you start with after finsihing the main quest.

Im at Cadwell's gold already, Vet 14 purely wanna go there for the skyshards but can't figure out how to get there.

Ah OK, in that case go down to the docks in Davon's Watch and speak to a character called Lizl just past where the writ turn in point with all the crates is - she should be able to take you there.

Edit - if that doesn't work, there is a guy near the alchemy/woodworking stations who will give you a quest to talk to Lizl...

There is an NPC named Liezel down by the shore who will give you a boat ride to Bleakrock. Actually, when you start EP there should be an NPC close to where you start that tells you Liezel fished you out of the water, and suggests you can go talk to her.
