How do I get to Bleakrock isle?

Ah OK, in that case go down to the docks in Davon's Watch and speak to a character called Lizl just past where the writ turn in point with all the crates is - she should be able to take you there.

Rikal✭✭✭There is an NPC named Liezel down by the shore who will give you a boat ride to Bleakrock.
