Vigor is definitely OP and once it's moved down lower will be even worse. Sometimes I don't think they know what they are doing.

Yeah, that's why ZOS nerfed blocking, dodging, Bolt Escape and a dozen other abilities my Sorc needs... because they LOVE PvE so much and never listen to PvP whiners...

You've got our regeneration, you've stopped us dodging or breaking free or blocking more than once or twice, you've got some of our key damage skills nerfed but obviously we shouldn't be allowed to heal either.
Would it make like easier if I just came into Cyrodiil without armour, weapons or skills and stood somewhere reading my map - wouldn't want you to have to work for a kill with your l33t magicka skills... maybe I could get a large neon sign from the crown store to advertise my position too?

Well i'd like more weapon choices as a magicka build, the only weapon that magicka users can do dmg with when light/heavy attacking viably is desto staves, were as stamina's get dual wield, 2 hander, S+B, and bow ^^
Also would be nice to be able to get that crit chance and dmg when stealth attacking, staves don't have it for.. 'reasons'

I can understand that although not sure what 'weapon' they could give you that hits with magicka instead of hitting - dual wands?
Equally stealth from magicka does not seem an unreasonable request if it could be done in keeping with the games mechanics and balance - although a honking great fireball coming at you from behind a rock is somewhat less stealthy than a knife from behind.
Pvp skills are certainly OP. Some are great for PVE yet they are gated behind months of PVP. Pvp abilitys should be nerfed.: P

It's a skill that requires you to not use a specific weapon and stacks, the stacking is the problem, zergs will be untouchable.
