However, after testing, I have determined you are right, at least for VR15 health recovery drinks.
VR10 Green Health recovery takes my VR14 on Live from 378 to 1,135 for a bonus of 757.
VR15 Green Health recovery takes my VR16 on the PTS from 432 to 1,162 for a bonus of 730.
VR15 Green Health recovery takes my VR15 on the PTS from 370 to 1,153 for a bonus of 783.
So @ZOS_GinaBruno, anyone you can speak to about why the buffs from (drinks, at least) seem inconsistent?2 -
