  • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
  • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
  • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
  • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
  • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
  • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
  • Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
  • Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
  • Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
  • Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
  • Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
  • Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
  • Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
  • Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
  • Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
  • Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours

    Biting jabs does not deal full damage through mist form. What happens is it receives a 140% bonus damage to single target. How it calculates on live results in the 140%- 75% from mist form. This is why biting jabs can cut through blinxy's creative use of damage mitigation.

    This is why it dealt too much damage on pts through battle spirit. On pts it dealt something like 50% more damage then it should of. On live I think it deals 10% more if memory serves. Supposedly they have fixed all these issues already on the latest pts patch.

    How can you state such numbers without knowing my physical resistances ? Btw I get hit the same number with or without mist form. It doesn't change anything.

    I said what it could hit for. On the highest end mine would crit for 4.8k on players then 5.1k if off balance. The total damage of the channel could have also gotten one hit in at the end or start of the mist form.

    Talons are supposed to work on mist forming targets as they are a root and not a control effect.

    There are tons of knockdowns and other CCs that make it through Mist Form. It's getting really tiresome!

    Asgari and Winnie worked together to test Radiant Destruction and it was found in his thread that Mist Form was bugged and not fully mitigating as much as it should. This is also the case for other skills but you can see this video for reference.

    Some of these stamplars, especially the last of a certain tribe.... hit like trucks, but have people forgotten how to step through them to avoid most of the damage? O_o

    I mean yeah but its kinda a basic templar counter strat, walk through them. Those that rely on mistform/bolt/LOS kiting are just going to get chased and burned down.

    It is not the other way around. It might be possible that there is a way to get permanent invincibility with mist form. I'm not aware of it and I'm not interested to be aswell. Hope they find a way to fix it.

    In the meantime, several abilities deal full damage through mist form and since mist form is the only chance I have to mitigate damage as a melee magicka DK, I would like to know if it is being investigated or not.

    They are not dealing full damage. More like, not even close/or close to full depending on the %s listed above 100 which then count after 75%.

    No. They deal full damage. I have tested it several times and if you don't believe it, watch the video in this thread and if you still don't believe it, I have plenty of screenshots showing 12-14k bitting jabs or 25-30k radiant destruction.

    No. They deal full damage. I have tested it several times and if you don't believe it, watch the video in this thread and if you still don't believe it, I have plenty of screenshots showing 12-14k bitting jabs or 25-30k radiant destruction.

    Im not sure if you are blind or really ignorant to both what I said and the above video. The person in mist form CLEARLY AND OBVIOUSLY takes reduced damage from both jabs and radiant destruction. Read 10 times what i wrote before, then watch the above video 25 times and think again.

    I have read what you have said and your point regarding for example bitting jabs that can be increased to 140% dmg and then the 75% reduction is applied to that 140%. It still doesn't change the fact that from my testing, from the video and from the screenshots, radiant destruction deal full damage including the 300% in execution range, bitting jabs from the same person hit me 12-14k with or without mist form.

    You clearly dont want to see what you did wrong there. Look at the video, both with armor and without armor and then during mist form. What do you notice? Since, apparently, it is too hard for you i will explain step by step:

    ~ Templar casting RD clearly has low spell power / magicka, which is a good example ~

    1) With armor from 100% hp it took him exactly 4 channels of RD to kill the person, of which i would say, 2.8 channels were cast till roughly 50%, meaning the person got executed from 50 percent from almost 1 channel of RD. *write this down*
    2) It took him 3 full channels to kill a person who was mist forming, yet all of these started while the person receiving it was roughly a little below 50% = EXECUTE RANGE FOR RD. *write this down also*
    3) Compare what you wrote down.
    4) Now have in mind that RD deals up to 330% more damage while in execute range.
    5) Does it make any sense now?
    6) On top of that, the testing was a complete failure due to person mist forming after 2 ticks have already hit the target. 1 one is always invisible, 2nd one hits right away and on the 3rd tick the person mist formed. Which means what? He received a lot of unmitigated damage while he was "trying" to mistform.

    Do i need to say more or I should explain this as if I explained to a person who has never played this game?

    So in other words, instead of prouving that bitting jabs or radiant destruction is mitigated by 75% through mist form, you simply explain that the video is not relevant, that people did a terrible job recording and prouving their point, and that I probably never played this game.

    Lol, pointless to argue or prove anything to someone who is so ignorant... while wrong. I completely explained through steps 1 to 4 that jabs and RD are being mitigated by mistform, though their calculations are different due to jabs dealing 40% (flat) additional damage to one target. As an addition, pointed out that the testing was not done properly, even though it was done so - you can still notice huge mitigation the target has received.
