pretty sure you could still run non-trial (and non-ic) content with pretty much everything (and your eyes closed). if i was perma blocking i couldn't take part in the dps *** when tanking. ofc, i stopped a long time ago.
granted, for trials and really hart hitting mobs, this will indeed be a problem. but most current vet dungeos are a joke. if there's no tank when doing daily, there is none. not really missed. if there's no healer, get some selfheal and unless it's BC/CoH that works... vigor is usually enough. pretty sure if you wanted, you could clear all vet dungeos with, say, 4 stam NBs or pretty much everything

I'm sure you will.
And as long as you have a good tank, and maybe a templar in the group you'll probably be fine.
But that's just looking at yourself, and not the bigger picture.
The bigger picture is that the majority of people will struggle initially with the tanking changes, and their reaction is going to be a knee jerk "Must have Templar healer".
This leads to the unhealthy general belief that only Templar healers are required or GTFO (Some content they genuinely will be I think).
I actually think that removing or reducing the stam regen while blocking is a great thing for the game generally & also tanking... BUT it's been poorly implemented with zero thought for how it will impact class balance when it comes to Healers. They should have altered something in the resto staff line to assist non templar healers. Siphon Spirit restoring good chunks of stamina perhaps? Or maybe a regeneration morph that restores Health & stamina over time? Both tof those would be interesting & unique skills that we don't already have.
I'm not an expert tank but why don't people tank with mist form?
With 2.1, the fire weakness will be only 25%, so with one glyph or 100 cp you can completely negate it.
A tank can use mist form to get 3 stamina regen tick, and a templar tank can use channeled focus while in mist form, and never loose his mana.
This can't be the intention, can it ZOS?
