In the new update does dual wielding Swords increasing damage of all abilities or just dual wielding abilities?

You get 5% additional weapon and Spelldmg based on your weapons.
Weapon dmg:
(((SwordOne + SwordTwo * 0.2) * 1.05 + SwordTwo * 0.06) + Sets + Mundus * divines + Enchants) * passiveBonus
Could've forgot something since I'm not at home right now.
Important to know is the fact that the twin B&B passive only increase the weapon dmg gained by your weapons by 5% and not the weapon dmg you get from sets, Mundus etc.
The average amount you gain from the passive is around 100, basically nothing.
