The Mighty/Surprise Attack bug?

In the past, the Mighty Champion passive (increase physical damage), did not increase the damage of Surprise Attack (NB stamina morph), has this been fixed with any of the recent patches?

✭You're right, both the toolip and combat cloud say that.
I have just tested, and I deal much more damage with 100cp in mighty (no other cp) with surprise attack. So that seem to work.0 -
kaorunandrak✭✭✭Is it working against bosses? I seem to remember a flame fest topic and broadcast chat where people claimed mighty wasn't increasing damage versus bosses is this true?

Mighty still doesnt do increased damage against bosses on live, piercing is the only thing which lets physical damage increase (tessted this with putting 100 into mighty for one run, then 100 into piercing the other run, and piercing increased the damage whilst mighty dindt bring any extra damage).

In the PTS 2.1.3, points in Mighty will result in an increase in tooltip damage but not for Thaumathurge or Elemental ExpertReference for any calculation I make Introduction to PvE Damage Calculation0
