The Earth Forge Crashing

Hey there everyone, for the past two days I've been trying to complete the Fighters Guild quest "Prismatic Core" (or something similar). Every time I enter into the Earth Forge, my game will crash. The crash often occurs when my character gets close to the end of the cavern hallway leading to what I believe is called the pressure room (I looked at wikia maps). Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try to do in order to complete the quest?

Something in that map is making your game crash (I assume you are on a pc??).
This can be casued by two issues.
1: something in your gamefiles is wrong, e.g. making the client try to load a texture that is not right at that place or is broken in your client.
2: there is something unique there that your pc can't handle.

So in order of how difficult it is to do and also looking at what is most likely the reason. I recommend the following:
a: repair the client (open the launcher, click on game options in the news section and choose repair).
b: try running the game at lower settings.
c: reinstall the game.
