Soooo now that we've all enjoyed the Arch-mage nerf joke, can we get serious and revert it?

    It's funny that they still think that adding another incentive to the oh so interactive full heavy attacks, will convince more people to use the least dynamic and most painful to watch feature in the game.

    Its an indirect and sneaky way to combat lag. If youre holding down the mindless heavy attack bootaan, it's all client side eye candy for several seconds. Performance is increased at the cost of user experience, which should only be done as a last resort.

    Well that at least explains their inexplicable love for light/heavy attacks better than anything else I've heard.

    They changed it back to the pre 1.3 version... meaning, three different regen bonuses, of wich two actually turn it into a good set again.

    Archmage v16 comes from rewards for the worthy @Ezareth they changed rftw to be v16 (or atleast said they did it).

    Willows path is now on par with seducer depending on where you want to go with your build. Personally i´d use seducer but don´t plan to use any reg set with 2.1 since there is simply no need for heavy regeneration anymore. DMG on the other hand...

    Not sure I agreed here. Damage builds are probably looking at near 100% uptime on molag kena. The 33% cost increase probably has to be mitigated via regen, e.g. willows path.

    It is called Big Data Minding, and when i see how they do their scarry "balancing", i highly doubt they have any use of their Big Data. The flip a coin method seems to be their way to go.
