The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now available.
PTS - Imperial City DLC - ???Where to find Captain Mulamurr and Captain Seriril (AD)????

I have tried to find Captain Mulamurr in the Eastern Elweyr Gate - I have read at some unofficial ESO forum, that he is located there, but could not find him there. About Captain Seriril I did not find any info where to find him.
I play AD and I need to talk to one of these guys to start the quest to get into the Imperial City on the Public Test Server (PTS).
Do any of you know where exactly do I find these guys?? I have no idea and I really would love to check out the new DLC testing.

edit: oh, maybe this is the "problem", step 3 did not appear when I switched on the PTS there. Got to try it again....

✭✭✭yes, so the issue was caused by me not downloading the 30GB for the PTS, it works now

✭Eastern Gate standing beside the Grand Warlord that gives the scroll quests at the end of the table, Western gate I think the other npc you can talk to was near the transit shrine, they are not hard to find.
Also if you are not an ESO plus member you they give you crowns on the PTS to purchase the DLC these npc's will not show up until you buy the DLC.Edited by kevlarto_ESO on August 25, 2015 10:49AM0
