Does anyone know how to get the new v16 sets once 1.7 comes out?

Asthe title says, I was jsut wondering if anyone can tell me how the new sets will be obtained? I know there are a few that you can buy from the tel var stone merchants, but the ones I want aren't in there.

Drops from the 2 new PvE dungeons, rewards of the worthy emails, trophy vault chests, etc..
