extremely low FPS

anyone else getting extremely low fps on pts? Im in Cyrodiil, nothing is around me but when i stand still im at my usual 50 fps, but when i move i get 11 fps max. any way to fix this?

✭✭I get like 2/3 of what I get on live. It's ridiculous, but I've dealt with it seeing as I haven't experienced lag yet on the PTS.0 -
GeertKarel✭✭✭I normally have good frames in PTS, only there is somethimes a delay.
I've had one time horrible lag and fps in PTS that is when we were doing a trial: Sanctum ophidia.
