[Bug] Ultimate Generation out of combat is still possible.

I will not go into detail, but there is a bug revolving around the nightblade skill Sap Essence that allows both the caster and group members to generate Ultimate out of combat. It is definitely getting abused like crazy. I would like to see this fixed and will gladly provide a Developer instructions on how to duplicate this.

It's an old bug. NPCs don't have rights, but players in pvp do and using exploits might put others in an unfair disadvantage.

Well, if they would fix it so that sap heals COULD NOT BE DODGED then ultimate couldn't be generated out of combat.0 -
