Champion Passives no longer affect Drinks - Intended or Bug?

Hey,

a quick test I did on PTS revealed that champion passives like arcanist no longer affect the bonus you gain from drinks.

New Formulas (Not exactly sure about AllianceSupport tho):
Magicka Reg:
((Base + Gear + Enchants + Mundus) * ChampionPassive * (Racial + MajorBuff + ClassPassive + MageGuild) * (ArmorPassive + AllianceSupport)) + (Drink * (Racials + MajorBuffs + ClassPassives))

Stamina Reg:
FlatStamReg * Passives * ChampionPassives + Drinks * Passives
Passives = all non champion passives added together (additive)
FlatStamReg = Base + Gear + Enchants + Mundus


What do you think about it?

PS: It wasn´t like that before.. :P

    I don't have anything insightful to say but I did notice the drop in Regen, especially on the Stamina builds I tested.

    Stamina is stretched very thin due to the different demands on it now.

    I do want to say thank you for all the testing you do. The testing from you and @Alcast has been top notch.

      I noticed this also. I hope and pray it's a bug.

      Characters: All of them, both Stamina and Magicka.

      If those calculations are correct, thats a huge buff to magicka compared to stamina seeing how alot of the passive are multiplied by eachother for magicka only

      Nerf. It´s a nerf.
      If you used blue drinks, 7/7 Light Armor and got some points in Arcanist (let´s say enough for 20% magreg Buff) you´ll lose 48% of your current drink bonus basically, which is around 230 less MagReg.

      Drinkers have noticeably less attribute stats than eaters. Hopefully this is a bug. Good catch on the OP's part.
      Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

      Im assuming you mean cp buffs food and not drink, because of course eaters have more attributes. Thats what food does.

      I wont say this is good or bad, but they are different, so I see nothing unusual here. For the most part, magiicka abilities are far more expensive to cast.

      Well i can´t tell you why they´re different, but if you use drinks magicka reg is worse than stamina reg and if you don´t its the opposite.
      You get more from your drink with Stamina Passives as you´d get from Magicka Passives.
      Example:
      Drink Buff (Magicka) doesn´t get increased by Armor Passives. Stamina does.

      You notice that this here is a huge nerf to Stamina Recovery?
      First racials and WW/Vamp were multiplicative with champion passives and the other ones, now all of them are additive except the champion passives.
      And with the last patch an another change with drinks resulting in less recovery again.

      Magicka got the drink nerf "only" but stronger. Some of the passives are still multiplicative.

      Thanks cat for sharing this. Since they said they looking at it, hopefully it's some bug. :)

      Also noticed less stam and mana reg on builds I tested on PTS.

      Didn´t look for magicka now since I´m not interested in investing time into buggy formulas :P
