due to the overwhelming response from people complaining about IC access gates, ZOS will include a campaign with free access to the city.
naturally, Imperial City will be the destination of every zerg in tamriel and will make it very difficult for you to enjoy sneaking around getting your objectives done.
so in response, I've been doing some organizing and I'd like to present to you,
THE SUPER TURBO TEL VAR STONE POWER TRAIN 6000!
Using state of the art magicka and stamina technologies, features for our passengers will include,
- a comfortable and protected guided tour through the beautiful streets and sewers of imperial city.
- plenty of available elegant and spacious seating for Dominon players free of charge.
- first class customer service.
- scheduled stops to safely deposit your Tel Var stones in a secure bank of your choice.
- a worry free environment from opposing faction players and deadric npcs as our state of the art power train will include no less then 50 passengers.

✭✭Uh not ever zerg will be going more likely some small zergs of pvp players and lots of pve players will be there while the rest of the pvp players will still be in cyrodiil fighting for emperor cause there will be no more FE buffs.
Second ZOS has been discussing the idea of access to the city and they know alot of players don't like all home keeps for keys (hopefully) and hopefully will change it to something more reasonable0 -
ScruffyWhiskers✭✭✭✭✭It's going to be more like Call of Duty. Sure the trains will be running around too but mostly just kill, die, respawn on platform and then jump back in. That got old on the PTS and I expect that it will get stale quickly when it goes live. When you throw away the core concept for the IC i.e. the access rules, you have no negative feedback loop and you will have electronic tag.1
