currently on the PTS the timer starts about a half second after the roll is executed. It should be once the roll begins, just as it is with bolt escape. The timer is currently too long and i think most will agree. I find myself timing my rolls and still being punished just from the timer simply being too long.

it still will be, and making the timer start when the roll is executed just like how it is with bolt escape will still punish roll spammers.

✭roll cooldown should be 2.5 seconds, same as ball of lightning durationPC/NA || Cyro/BGs || solo/smallscale || retired until Dagon brings a new dawn of PvP1
