[BUG] Reactive Armor 5-piece effect proc'd by mounting

This bug is easily reproducible. Simply put on 5 pieces of the Reactive Armor set and call for your mount and it will proc the effect. I found this bug while messing around in Craglorn.

So, I guess this would give you 35% reduced damage while you are mounted?

    If it helps to debug this, I am wearing the Ebonheart Pact version of this set, and the mount is the loyalty striped senche.

    Mounting "stuns" you, so not really a bug imo.

    Umm, aren't you only stunned if your horse is out of stamina and you take damage? I don't see how simply being mounted equals stunned. Stunned characters cannot use abilities etc, much less ride an animal.

    If you use combat cloud it comes up with stunned every time you mount.
    This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

    This could be usefull. No more getting killed while laying on your back for 10 minutes after getting knocked off your horse : )
