[BUG] The CP Passive that gives you 2 Ultimate when you use a Synergy ...

... doesn't work for me. I've talked to a lot of people and some say they get the 2 Ultimate others say the don't. So it can't be completely bugged. Is there a way to make it work?

✭It works for me, but a few synergies don't proc it. Shards and Necrotic orbs being the main ones.Old member of The Order of Mundus, Mostly Harmless, Hostile, and Genesis Elite. Avid theorycrafter. Herald to competitive stamina DPS pre 1.5. How far we've come!
