Will Master Weapons V16 exist?

Are there any Options to get V16 Master Weapons?

Nope, if u do the weekly, they will still be vr14. Sadly, but this is ZoS wa to introduce Seasonal gear(imp city gear in that case).

Wich basicly means the screw and give a [SNIP] about all the other sets in the game, wich saddens me.
U would have loads of options, if they would let scale any set up to max rank.

Expect new Gear with orsinium. Dungeons and trials in there. maybe the increase vet ranks again *LOL*

You are right, but whats worring, that every game i played so far that had this kind of progression it was always a rare thing - once in a year perhaps even less and it always was accompanied by decent amount of new content. Now in ESO it seems they plan to go the easiest way - a little content but hey, grind away my good fellow.

I think weekly rewards will be v16?

Rewards always scale to your level. So yes there will be VR16 Healer and Footman rings and necklaces also Master Weapons come in weeklies too

Master weapons load from Dragonstar Arena, veteran Serpent trial and pvp. DSA and serpent trial are not going to scale, so the only option to get VR16 master weapons will be pvp campaign awards.

It's still not even known if the end of campaign rewards will include the masters weapons.

As I believed they announced, no there won't be but will considered to be in the future. For the time being they're attempting to get the community to use the new sets they've provided but Master's Resto and Bow for example will still be extremely useful in 1.7.
