Necromancy is already in the Soul Magic skill line, and all of the nightblade's skill lines. It *says* devour soul, it *says* major defile, it *says* summon spirits, and you get magicka back from dot kills, etc. Wake up and smell the coffee, aspies.
And necromancy isn't about sorcery, so stop looking for it in that particular class. Nightblades are defined as users who thrive off the misfortune of others, and if you look at each morph carefully, you'll see that their style fits closely to that of every ghost out there. Try making a caster class out of them. Templars can be healers as well as knights. Same thing applies.
I always thought it was strange that both the DK and Templar use "fire" magic, but no class has ice spells as a skill line, and instead they gave the sorcerer Daedric, which still makes me chuckle.
I don't think you need to make things completely fair, because although there are people who have more of something than another, the game is balanced, and we have cyro staffs and cyro enchantments. None of you will ever be heard by Zenimax. Just wait until spellcrafting.

Technically, the Templar uses "light" or "holy" magic not "fire" magic. Pedantic, I know .
