olemanwinter✭✭✭✭✭Combined with the nerf where you get Vamp benefit without skills slotted, this is pretty brutal.
IMO extra damage should exist along side buffs. If I need to keep a vamp skill on my bar to get a benefit, then I should also only take extra damage if I have a vamp skill on my bar.1 -

I disagree because the other passives are nice to have, I like vampire being a commitment.
