I'm a Vet 4 Templar healer. I'm looking for a large and organized PVP guild. The guild I'm currently running with likes to run with small groups of 6-12 people usually. They refuse to invite non-guild members to the group, which would be fine with me if they could fill a group...

I'd like to join a guild large enough to fill 1 or more pvp groups, organized enough to be effective and communicates well. Not one filled with people giving the play by play of their every action.
