Stamina regeneration while blocking fix

As mentioned in the previous ESO live, all stamina regeneration will be removed while you're holding Block in the next major update. I think this isn't such a great idea. It would be much better if it were "If you don't have a shield equipped, your stamina doesn't regenerate while blocking." This would allow tanks to continue their business as usual while still solving the block-casting issue.

The moment the tank pulls a large group of mobs those enemies are gonna cluster and beat with the same speed and damage of attacks as they did before. They should have just kept soft caps not left CP open to abuse.I didn't choose tank life, tank life chose me.0 -
