[AD][XBOX-NA][PvE] Endgame PvE Group Looking for More Like-Minded Players

We have a core of 5-7 like-minded, mature, AD players on Xbox and we are looking for more players to join our circle so we can regularly run Trials, DSA, and Undaunted Pledges. We are currently VR13-14 and working on our BiS gear sets.
We value teamwork and want to work together to make sure everyone has the gear they need. If that means grinding for a particular BiS BoP piece even without getting any thing, giving up a drop that another group mate needs, or sharing Tempering Materials, we are happy to do it. We are also min-maxers and want to perfect the strategies for clearing Dungeons, Trials, and DSA smoothly.
