Whenever I feel like I have got the right look for my character she ends up looking like a homeless witch. So I've ended up deleting more characters than I have played through. I understand you can only delete so many at a time and I've reached my limit now, but how long does it take before I can delete more - and will it 'refresh' to 3 or is it like 1 every 24 hours?

I also want to echo the post that suggested changing hairstyle and appearance in-game. It would save a lot deleting Also having more choice for piercings would be good.
