Dark Deal - could it be made more efficient like the other morph?

I'd like this morph to be more efficient like the magicka morph.

    The Magicka Morph is highly inefficient. it used to be greaaat in 1.6.
    But now it's trash, it restores even less Magicka than Equilibrium and Equilibirum already is a trash.

    Dark Deal is very usefull now and much better than in 1.6. However, both aren't really efficient.
    They need to do something about it and I'm not sure what exactly. They should increase the restored amount of Magicka/Stamina. So sad we can't get our old scaled Dark Exchange back :( It was a really fair ability in my opinion.
    And also this cast time behavior is annoying.

    No, the values are fixed on PTS. Probably scale with level, but that's it.

    No, the values are fixed on PTS. Probably scale with level, but that's it.

    That's actually kinda nice, took a much closer look at them, you can reduce the cost now too.

    That's the point, they don't scale anymore, they have fix values.
    Which in case of Dark Deal is great for Magicka Sorcs, but less usefull for everything else.
