I found a piece of jewelry lvl 12 on Glenumbra, a little better than waiting for lvl 16, so maybe the devs are listening, but yes crafting jewelry would be great. For the record, just found it yesterday, and it is base so it can be enchanted.
Dropped armour/weapons sets often have rings/necklaces associated with them which I assume count towards 'number of set pieces' buffs; if would be good if we could craft set piece jewellery at the appropriate locations as it would add an extra 3 pieces to the set (nice if you mix and match sets).
I am one of The Great Mediocracy, those whose role in life is to provide the baseline by which The Few deem themselves Great.
Over a year later and still NO crafting of jewellery. What's the point of crafting glyphs of inferior jewellery items that you can not craft even for your level or improve them.
Seriously the drop amounts for useful jewellery items is low, combined with bugs this game still has that have not been rectified.
By the time ESO gets the ability running a lot of players will have moved on to another game.
I know a lot of people that have given up due to bugs and reported bugs that have not been fixed.
No official date or updates regarding this feature for inclusion, shows me that they do not regard it as a priority.
